F.I.T. Works presents: Sharon Christian

Sharon won her pro card as the 2001 Medium Class Winner in Fitness at the USA Championships and the 2001 Medium Class Winner in Figure at the National Figure Championships. After taking a year off to give birth to her first child in September of 2002, just five months later, she competed in the inaugural Figure International of the 2003 Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic.

Sharon has made numerous appearances in publications such as: FLEX, MUSCLE & FITNESS, MUSCLE & FITNESS HERS, IRONMAN, OXYGEN, SOUTHERN MUSCLE and NPC NEWS.

Sharon resides in Arkansas and works as a Medical Technologist with the American Red Cross.

Sharon plans to continue her involvement with the fitness industry through modeling, competing, consulting and helping interested women to compete at the amateur level.
